Yellow Summer Squash

Yellow Summer Squash

I was in the other gardern mainly to keep up with the cucumbers, peas, and bean plants, when I noticed these five massive squash that were begging to be picked. I had to wait wait until Kelly got back from New York to do it so that she could see how beautiful these squash truly were. The yellow of the vegetable is deep and rich, different from what you see in the store. The best way for me to describe the difference is that between store bought eggs and farm fresh eggs. The color difference in the yolks is the color difference in the squash.

Now lets hope the taste difference is the same. Great ideas now coming to mind for the opening menu of Red Sky.
