I recently had the pleasure of working with FireFly Vodka in creating a few dishes that utilized their main products (vodka and sweet tea vodka). The final recipes and photos will be in the next edition of the Lowcountry Living magazine. The photographer was Christopher Brown and below is a link to his site. It is limited at this time but I can not imagine that will last for long. His talent for shooting food is sure to catch on. It is not an easy thing to photograph food. To capture the essence of the dish and display the thoughts and passion the chef has put into it takes talent, and a lot of patience.
