Over Christmas I decided to take on the task of making my first Turducken. It is as it sounds a turkey stuffed with a duck stuffed with a chicken. I deboned each and layered them with chorizo stuffing.

    I missed an opportunity to taste turduckin fresh when my nephew made it for Thanksgiving. We live seven hours apart, and I couldn’t make it to my sister’s home. However, they saved me some, froze it. It wasn’t as tasty as I expect it would have been fresh. I wrote the following post on my site, http://www.carolyncholland.wordpress.com :
