Development of the Restaurant

Here are a few quick pictures of what has taken place in that last two weeks.  We have gone from a building site to a quick forming restaurant.  Paint, wall treatments, equipment, all of it is going in.  The floors are being worked on and should be done tomorrow.

  • Wow! Looks like lots of hard work. I really love the wall treatment with the reclaimed wood. It’s beautiful!

  • Matt, I do not know how else to get in touch with you. Sorry to do it through your blog. I have been emailing your head bartender letting him know that I could not make the scheduled interviews due to my current work schedule, and asked if he would please call me to arrange another time. I would really like to work with you. I have spent time in the SNOB, McCrady’s, and Tides kitchens and think I would be a good addition to your team. Please email or call me at (843)276-7231. Thank you.

  • Tasty reading, Chef…the monkfish looks super…good luck with the work and the upcoming opening…Cheers!
